Academics

With its small class sizes, intimate learning environment and amazing Atlanta location, theres no doubt that any MBA student would count themselves fortunate to attend Emorys Goizueta School of Business. The program is extremely community oriented and tends to place a strong emphasis on collaboration. And, considering how rigorous the curriculum is, all that teamwork will surely be appreciated. Moreover, MBA students here value the fact that there are a lot of opportunities to gain leadership experience. Perhaps even more importantly, the programs also provide tremendous flexibility in terms of electives, independent research projects, and international travel. And theres a huge focus on real world learning.

Inside the classroom, MBA candidates are greeted by professors who are approachable and easily accessible. Whats more, its quite evident that they are very invested in truly knowing their students and helping them succeed. They also have a lot of professional experience from which students can greatly benefit. As a second-year MBA explains, Most [professors] do significant consulting on the side and can bring in fabulous guest speakers, take us on company site visits, or apply a real world case to the topic. Lastly, the administration has open door policies that actually mean something, and they go out of their way to keep constantly improving. And a grateful first-year adds, They lead trips, host book clubs, and frequently walk around common areas just to see what were up to. It really feels like a family.
