Turn right onto River Rd South (the Landmark College sign is visible from route 5). Turn left onto Robert Rhodes Lane (Admissions building immediately on right). It is about 1.7 miles from I-91 to Landmark College.
Familiar brands like Hampton Inn Brattleboro and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brattleboro are a short (~15 minutes) drive away, as are bed and breakfasts (e.g., AirBnB). Nearby Keene also provides familiar name accommodations within 20-30 minutes of campus.
